DMW Properties services were founded in May 2010, by Director Dan Ward. Dan has operated as an Estate Agent for over 20 years and is actively involved in the day-to-day running of the business. Our vision is to become the best agent in our local area by offering better value for money and more comprehensive and bespoke service to our clients.

Dan Ward

Director and Valuer Dan has been in the Estate Agency Industry for over 20 years working for various corporate agents prior to starting DMW Property Services in 2010 from a home office. The business has grown from strength to strength now employing a team of excellent staff and successfully selling and letting thousands of properties across Nottingham. In his spare time Dan enjoys spending time with his family and keeping fit.

Gabrielle

Director Gabrielle began in corporate estate agency in 2005 and started working with DMW Property Services from the beginning, aiding the growth and progression of the business. Gabrielle oversees all sales progression and has become well-known to buyers and vendors alike. Her strong work ethic and wealth of experience has aided hundreds of sales, ensuring everyone is updated regularly and the sale is completed as smoothly as possible. Gabrielle has excellent attention to detail and is always a friendly face to see. In her spare time, Gabrielle enjoys spending time with her children and dogs and watching The Crown.

Tammy Wheeler

Lettings Manager Tammy moved from South Africa to the UK over 20 years ago, where she has been working within Lettings, maintenance and hospitality, which has allowed her to develop excellent communication skills and in-depth knowledge of the Industry. Tammy joined DMW in 2020, where she quickly got promoted to Lettings manager. Tammy enjoys her varied and busy role with the new challenges that each day brings and after work spending time with friends and family.

Charlotte

Lettings Negotiator and Property Manager Charlotte has lived in Nottingham her entire life, providing her with good local knowledge that helps with her role as a Lettings Negotiator and Accompanied Viewer. Charlotte has always been good at her attention to detail and organised personality, which makes her perfect for dealing with tenants and landlords and providing reassurance to get the job done. In her spare time, Charlotte loves watching football with her family and relaxation yoga.

Louisa

Lettings Negotiator and Property Manager Louisa has lived in Nottingham all her life and loves interacting with people on a daily basis. Louisa thoroughly enjoys her current role, alongside her friendly personality which makes her a great fit with the team and clients. Louisa can use her varied knowledge to help clients and always be trusted to provide a friendly smile. Outside of work, Louisa loves to go to the gym and spends time with family and friends.

Fleur

Saturday Administrator Fleur joined DMW Property Services part-time on a Saturday whilst completing her Degree at Nottingham Trent. Fleur’s friendly caring attitude means she can help clients on the weekend and get along well with the rest of the team. Outside of work and University, Fleur likes spending time with her friends and going out for meals.
